Palmetto Giving Day

Key Details:

When: May 5-6, 2026 (36 hours).
What: An online giving event supporting local Georgetown County nonprofits.
Who: A community-driven initiative led by local nonprofits.

How: Donors visit the Palmetto Giving Day website (palmettogivingday.org) to contribute to their favorite organizations.

This will be our fourth Palmetto Giving Day

We will be emphasising the Reading Pillows and Books project. Due to increased costs for materials and the need for more volunteers to craft these unique individual pillows, funds will be required to continue. Currently all Pre K students are receiving Pillows and Books.
